Welcome to Evolve Chiropractic & Rehab. I'm Dr. Derek Klatt. I have been serving the Harrisburg community and south Sioux Falls for over five years. My passion is helping patients find relief from pain and common ailments while educating them on long-term lifestyle changes that will keep you active, healthy and happy. Through comprehensive chiropractic care and personalized treatment plans, I work to keep you and your loved ones on the go. When I'm not working, you'll find me squeezing in a workout, grilling up some burgers and spending time with my wife and family.
